Mechanical Engineering Service

The mechanical engineering field requires an understanding of core areas including mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, structural analysis, and electricity. In addition to these core principles, mechanical engineers use tools such as computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), and product life cycle management to design and analyze manufacturing plants, industrial equipment and machinery, heating and cooling systems, transport systems, aircraft, watercraft, robotics, medical devices, weapons, and others. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

  • Installation of Lifts and Escalators
  • Compressor Generator

Escalators :

As a part of its rich tradition, IBEX ENGINEERS has been a leader in innovative automated products in Pakistan’s mechanical industry. Having served its client for years, we are not only conscious about the aesthetics of what we deliver, but keep a keen eye on all of safety values and standards.

IBEX ENGINEERS beliefs in innovation and hence has introduced a variety of options of specialized escalators in Pakistan. These designs are based on environment friendliness, space, build and carrying capacity. This is exactly why our Escalators are some of the best in the country.

Efficient, safe, and design oriented, our escalators are customized to blend with the interiors and meet the demands of the clients. Apart from installation of escalators, IBEX ENGINEERS also refurbishes old lifts and escalators and extends its services by providing timely and low cost maintenance of the installed escalators and elevators.

Pessenger Elevator:

Capacity:

Passenger elevators’ capacities are related to the available floor space. Generally passenger elevators are available in capacities from 1,000 to 6,000 pounds (450–2,700 kg) in 500 lb (230 kg) increments.

Speed:

Generally passenger elevators in buildings with eight floors or less are hydraulic or traction, which can reach speeds up to 200 ft/min (1.0 m/s) hydraulic and up to 500 ft/min traction. In buildings up to ten floors, traction and gearless elevators are likely to have speeds up to 500 ft/min (2.5 m/s), and above ten floors, speeds begin at 500 ft/min (2.5 m/s) up to 2000 ft/min (10 m/s).

Home Elevator:

A Home lift/Elevator is a specific product in the elevators (lifts) of apartments, homes, or other private property with multiple stories or uneven flooring.

Home lifts are compact lifts for 2 to 6 persons. Unlike hydraulic lifts or traditional “gear and counterweight” operated elevators, a home lift doesn’t require additional space for machine room, over head, or pit, making it more suitable for domestic and private use. Often, maintenance costs are also lower than a more conventional lift.

Capsule Elevator:

capsule lifts are special lifts installed on the exterior face of the building or in the lobby or at a place where it can enhance the elevation and look of building.

Capacity:

Passenger elevators’ capacities are related to the available floor space. Generally passenger elevators are available in capacities from 1,000 to 6,000 pounds (450–2,700 kg) in 500 lb (230 kg) increments.

Bed Elevator:

Bed Elevator used to carry the patient comfortable and safely. Anti-bacterial precautions taken to ensure the hygiene of the bed elevator. Inner decoration designed with stainless steel and the lighting arranged at non-bothering level. Bed elevator system can be preferable semi-automatic, full automatic and hydraulic.

Panoramic Elevator:

Panoramic elevators are those that, in their cabin, have one or more glass sides. These cabins increase the sensation of luminosity and space. Usually, this type of elevators is installed in a self-supporting glass structure that allows the passenger to see the exterior.

Panoramic elevators with curved glass:

This type of elevator has a semicircular crystal that allows a greater sense of amplitude. They are usually installed in public places such as shopping centers.

Semi-panoramic elevators:

in these cases only 1 or 2 sides of the cabin are made of glass.

Car Elevator:

asset 6

Car Elevators are an investment, with the potential for instant payoff in modern urban developments, allowing for significant space savings and design flexibility for building planners and architects. The result: more innovative design, a touch of luxury and increased property values. In large, metropolitan Canadian cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, and Calgary as well as US cities like NYC, vehicle elevators are increasingly becoming a necessity.

Cargo (Freight) Elevator:

Freight elevators are the workhorses of the elevator world, responsible for transporting goods and materials in warehouses, industrial and manufacturing environments, shopping centers, airports, train stations, and seaports. This hydraulic elevator type is divided into classes, which defines their application and load capability. Rugged in nature, they are expertly designed by engineers to have the right power and drive to vertically move and load, pending the need and class standards.

Features:

Loading: 2,500 – 10,000 lbs; loading defined only by class regulation.

Travel Height: Up to 60 ft; higher with fewer load requirements.

Speed: Up to 150 ft/min.
